Dato’ Sr Syed Mohamad Nasir holds the Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying and Mapping from University of East London in 1986. He has been qualified as a Licensed Land Surveyor since 1991 until present. He has more than 30 years of experience in the survey andmapping industry.
With his vast experience and knowledge of the industry, Dato’ Sr Syed Mohamad Nasir often sought after as the resource person/consultant to the government agencies and private sectors alike. Dato’ Sr Syed Mohamad Nasir also actively participate in the professional involvement as he once being appointed as the Vice President of Pejuta from 2010 to 2012.
With his active participation in several geomatic and geoinformatic association such as Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Persatuan Jurukur Tanah (PEJUTA) and Asean Federation of Land and Geomatics (AFLAG). In 2016, he has been appointed as a fellow at the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
